Lemmy by Karibu
It’s Pinup Week here at Strangebeard.com! I’m running some pinups as I finish off Volume 1 and prep it for the printers (as well as start on Chapter Six!).
Today’s pinup is a fantastic and charming drawing of Lemmy by my pal Karibu. She drew this for me as a surprise at the Ottawa Comiccon last weekend. I love it, it’s such a marvelous present.
The Kickstarter is going very well, we’re at over 80% with two weeks to go! Keep spreading the word, every little bit helps make the book bigger and better. I also announced a new pinup artist for the book on Monday: Mike Rooth! He’s a great friend of the strip and one of my favorite fellows and I was very excited he agreed to do a pinup for the book. You can see the black-and-white art for his pinup on the Kickstarter page; it’ll be fully coloured for the book.
